Prism Sound Group takes the privacy of visitors to our web sites seriously. This statement explains the privacy practices for the Imerge web site.Collection of Personal Information
Imerge only collects personal and company information submitted voluntarily by visitors to the web site. There are several forms on the web site where users have the option of providing us with names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses and other information. There are also links where users of the web site can email us directly.
Collection of non personal information
Information about traffic and usage of our web site is logged by our ISP and by our site search engine. This includes IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, search terms used etc. This contains no personal information and is used for statistical and monitoring purposes.
Use of Collected Information
Personal information submitted via our web site is used for business purposes only. Information such as names and addresses are primarily used to contact those who have requested information and to send them tailored marketing mailings. Mailings are particularly sent to those who have opted in to our mailing lists via forms on the web site. All mailings include a method of unsubscribing. We endeavour to make sure that mailings are never sent to anyone who has unsubscribed.
Sharing Collected Information
Prism Sound Group does not share information, except to provide information or services that our users or prospects have requested. Business information may be referred to one of Prism Sound's partners, distributors, dealers or representatives who will be able to assist in the processing of the requests. Any partner will be required not to disclose personally identifiable information to others and not to share that information with marketers. Partners, distributors, dealers or representatives will be required not to send communications to Prism Sound customers, except in connection with a Prism Sound service. Prism Sound will not sell, rent, loan or give personally identifiable user information to marketers. Prism Sound does not monitor private communications and does not display or make available visitors personal information, such as contact information, even if it is already publicly available. We do not protect the privacy of users who use our site for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or other improper purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding improper activities.
Mailing Opt-out Policy
Prism Sound allows users to opt out of receiving further communications from Prism Sound and further communications about Prism Sound services by replying to e-mail sent by Prism Sound and putting "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Alternatively, any user who wishes to opt out of receiving further email communications can fill in a simple unsubscribe form to request that their email address be removed from our mailing lists.

Search engine
The search engine on our website is hosted entirely on our server and no information is passed to other parties. The search engine logs all searches by IP address and these are used to improve the quality of the site and site search features. No personally identifiable information is included in the logs.
Web Analytics
Our web server logs the pages served by reference to the IP address of the client requesting the pages. No personally identifiable information is stored. In addition we host our own web analytics software which allows us to log properties of the computers that are used to access our site to supplement the server logs. This anonymises the IP addresses, stores no cookies and contains no personally identifiable material. This website no longer uses Google Analytics because of its reliance on cookies. These cookies persist for up to two years.
